This will be the third meeting this season between the two teams, we have won one and lost one meeting. General Admission adult tickets will run you $7.00. We are currently ranked #8 with a 15 -5 record. Austin, it is time to get your Horns Up!
Fun Texas Baseball Trivia:
- The Name “Disch-Falk” came from two former Longhorn Coaches Billy Disch and Bibb Falk.
- In May 2009, the Longhorns and Boston College played in the longest game in college baseball history, lasting 25 –innings, the game lasted 7 hours, 3 minutes. The Longhorns won.
- The stadium went massive renovations starting in 2006, it’s current seating capacity is 6,756 making it the second largest baseball stadium in the Big 12 conference.
The games are fun for the entire family, they play great music (mostly country) between innings, most of the fans are diehard – making it easy to get into the game. So get your burnt orange, baseball cap, a hot dog, and get ready for an evening at the ball park.
