94. Texas Football Spring Jamboree and Fan Fest

I’ll be honest, I struggled on what to blog on today because I figured there was a large group of people that already had their day planned out. I hate to suggest a brunch place as I do most Sundays because with it being Easter Sunday I am sure Brunch across the city is packed.

As a former Longhorn, I have been to more than one Spring Jamboree – its always fun way to spend an afternoon so I thought it would be perfect for the day.

It is free, you cannot beat that and a great way to get your blood flowing and you excited about the 2010 Texas Longhorn Football Season. Not to mention a “jamboree” just sounds like a fun time.

Activities at the fan fest include inflatable superslide, moonwalk, carnival games, photos with Big Bertha the bass drum, fan giveaways, silent auctions for Longhorns memorabilia, and more.

Longhorn Football Fans this is your event, perfect way to wind down another great Austin weekend. This is the closest you are going to get to Longhorn football in the Spring.
