Great news, it is Friday again. Sometimes on Friday with it being date night and going out night I like to blog on a new Trendy Place to try. I keep hearing their commercials on the radio and when I heard about the FREE Crawfish Boil every Friday I thought Free Crawfish was worth blogging about.

Every Friday starting at 5:00 show up for some free boiled Crawfish – first batch is ready at 5:30, perfect after work stop if you ask me or for you go getter’s out there place to start your evening.  They have great drink specials on beer and Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka Drinks, what is it with this Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka I feel like I am hearing about it and seeing it all over lately. Fair warning:: if you are not there are happy hour, expect to pay a pretty penny for your cocktail.

Every other month this patio bar and lounge showcases a new local Austin Artist this creates an ever changing inside. From what I hear the kitchen does not disappoint, but I cannot speak from experience.

Hudson on 5^th is a new hot spot in the Warehouse District downtown. Between the patio and Free crawfish I thought it made for the perfect Friday entry. Word on the street is that they have great music.

Get ready for a weekend of free fun & events that are as “Austin” as they come.
