164. The Wizard of Oz at Bass Concert Hall
Family Friendly, Random Fun, Things To Do In Austin | 13 Jun 2010Oh the classic yellow brick road, tonight is the last night of the what I hear phenomenal show at Bass Concert Hall.
The show will captivate you as it brings to life the classic movie. It is more than you can imagine with special effects, choreography, and classic songs. This is such a cool way to see the iconic 1939 movie don’t let this chance pass you by.
Some Random Oz Trivia for you, you know how I love the furry friends. The TOTO dogs in the show are rescue dogs from CRUSA, Cairin Rescue USA and are two CRUSA Cairns, Dusty and Loki.
**Remember ROT Rally is finishing up and there is construction going on around the UT campus so those of you headed out to the show allow extra time for parking and getting around!
Truth be told, I have never seen the Wizard of Oz – reading reviews of the show makes me want to check it out, both the movie and the live production.
