276. Fall Concert in the Park

Family Friendly, Free things to do in Austin, Live Music, Outside, Things To Do In Austin | 3 Oct 2010
I’m actually going to say it again — this fall weather we’re having is just phenomenal! It would be a crime not to get outside and enjoy some of these Autumn nights, which brings us to the Fall Concert in the Park.

It’s a perfect night for the first event of the Austin Symphonic Band’s 2010-2011season. Take this as an opportunity to wind down at the end of the weekend and enjoy a great performance. Some of you may know that they also do a fantastic show for Father’s Day in the park as well.

Make a night of the event. Don’t forget snacks, a blanket or chair and get ready to watch the stars come out to the tune of the Austin Symphonic Band.
Having so much free music is one of the perks of living in the Live Music Capital of the World, and we are one lucky city because of it.
Admission: Free (may have to pay $3.00 for parking)
When: Tonight
Time: 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Location:
Zilker Hillside Theatre
2100 Barton Spring Roads
Austin, Texas
