Things To Do In Austin, Trailer Eatery | 21 Dec 2010

Trailer Tuesday comes around so often it really forces me to get out there and explore the Austin trailer scene, and I must admit, it never ceases to amaze me.

Cazamance offers African-inspired food, which makes it really unique among Austin trailers. I guess it’s technically African fusion, and their menu is definitely one of a kind.

I’m not a regular, so I would suggest asking the employees what’s good. That’s how I left without being disappointed. The lamb wrap was to die for, as was the veggie curry over rice.

Unfortunately, they’re closed on “Trailer Tuesday,” so you’ll have to check them out tomorrow or another day this week. The employees there were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming.

The overall set up is cute, charming and a great place to sit outside and enjoy your meal. Important Side Note: They are CASH ONLY.

Also, more to come on all the trailers popping up on Rainey Street, but for those that haven’t been down that way they definitely have their own trailer scene.

Lastly, get a little crazy and order the coconut to drink!
