Coffee is always a good way to start the week, and Austin is full of unique and quirky coffee shops that all seem to have a personality of their own.

I’ve been to the Thunderbird on Koenig a few times. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely make it part of my morning routine.

It’s a great laid-back place for studying or stopping by for a snack. I love it because it has more than just breakfast foods. They make a killer sandwich, and they have great coffee and a surprisingly good beer selection. It’s Austin, so of course they also have live music.
