First off, happy birthday to my father! I love you very much! Second, it’s Bike to Work Day. Did any of you participate?

I’m such a sucker for a good Texas, Texas A&M matchup. What’s more fun than a rivalry game?

After football, baseball is my favorite Texas sport to watch. It’s America’s pastime, and something about being at a ballgame makes me feel a little bit patriotic. Even if we don’t have a major league team, watching both UT baseball and the Round Rock Express always makes for a good day at the ballpark.

The weather today is a little bit dicey, but I’m praying for clear skies. If you don’t catch the game tonight, they’re also playing tomorrow at 6 p.m. After that, they’re on their way to Oklahoma City for the Big 12 Championship, the final tune-up before the NCAA tournament and hopefully the College World Series!
