269.11 Texas High School Football: More Than Just A Game
Family Friendly, Museums, Things To Do In Austin | 28 Sep 2011It’s fall in Texas, which only means one thing — high school football. It’s pretty much a religion, especially in small towns, but that doesn’t mean Austin isn’t also football crazy. A Friday night at House Park is pretty special. And for all of the football lovers in Austin, the Bob Bullock Museum is offering a deeper look into the phenomena that is Texas high school football.

It sounds pretty cool, and from now until Oct. 5 there is a companion to the exhibit called Fridays in Fall. It’s features the work of a handful of St. Edward’s University students who spent their Friday nights last fall watching high school football through a camera lens.
