Their slogan — “Healthy. Delicious. Vegetarian.” — pretty much sums up everything you need to know. On my way back to Austin after Thanksgiving my sister and I got to talking about how being a vegetarian just was not in our cards. We are both way too big of meat eaters. But we stumbled on this place Sunday afternoon not realizing it was vegetarian and were in need of a snack. Places like this make me think I could be a vegetarian. Delicious is an understatement!

They’re a trailer that serves all vegetarian wraps. I went with the spicy chickpea wrap, apparently a fan favorite. The flavors were amazing. It was definitely spicy, and I couldn’t get enough.

They make all of their dressing and sauces in-house with spices from all over the world. The sauce on my wrap was indescribably good. You seriously must try it for yourself. I’m going back to give the other wraps a try because I’m hooked.

I also got a Strawberry Banana smoothie, which accompanied my wrap perfectly. It made for the perfect lunch.

Conscious Cravings supports local suppliers when possible. Like most Austinites, going local is very important to me.

They have a location on the UT campus and just opened up another on South First a few weeks ago.
