340.11 Free Horse Drawn Carriage Rides

A horse drawn carriage ride sounds perfectly Christmas-y, so I absolutely love that the Domain is offering these free rides.

I think it’s such a fun, random and romantic thing to do after dinner in the Domain and definitely something that kids would enjoy.

It’s been a pretty chilly week here in Austin, so don’t forget to bundle up tonight if you’re headed out there.

When: every Friday & Saturday night through December 23

Cost: Free, tips accepted.

My daughter and son-in-law rode the carriage at their wedding at the Onmi downtown last Dec., it was great she said.

so went out to this event and it was a fail because there was no designated area such as a sign at least stating stand here for horse carriage or anything.If you don’t show up before 7pm then you really are risking not even getting a ride.
