It’s the last Trailer Tuesday of 2011, and I’ve chosen to ring in the new year with tacos.

One Taco is the place I go to when I’m downtown and have the munchies. They have what everyone person with the munchies is craving — chips, salsa, guacamole and queso. They also have great tacos. The al pastor is fantastic.

This trailer is my saving grace when I’m having drinks at Little Woodrow’s and need something to snack on. The only complaint I have is that on busy days they sometimes run out of guacamole, which is my favorite.

Just a little word to the wise — lots and lots of trailers are closed this week because of the holiday, so make sure to check the hours or their twitter to make sure they’re open!

Hours: Weekdays 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. & 5 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Saturday 2:30 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
Sunday noon – 6 p.m.
