I’ve been on a pizza kick lately. It’s just one of those foods that never gets old.

Last week I finally tried out a relatively new trailer, Blue Dog Pizza. Their small pizzas are the perfect size for someone to eat in one sitting. They have a great menu with tons of fun, funky items like cream cheese pesto sauce. The thin crust is perfectly crispy and evenly cooked.

The awesome thing is that they also offer dessert pizza, which takes me back to being 12 years old and gorging on dessert pizza at those all-you-can-eat pizza buffets. The dessert pizzas are amazing, with toppings like cinnamon apple cream cheese icing, graham crackers and marshmallows. It seriously takes dessert pizza to a whole new level.

What’s also a bonus is that they have Mexican sodas, including a Mexican apple soda, which is not a bad treat to add to your lunch.
