58.12 Gourmet S’mac & Cheese

I have hit the food trailer jackpot! Craig from Gourmet S’mac and Cheese has created an absolute sensation.

It’s no secret that I am a total sucker for comfort food, and this stuff is delicious. S’mac and Cheese is definitely not the Kraft box mac you know from growing up. It’s a delightfully cheesy four-cheese blend that is powerfully addictive. They also have sandwiches, but if you’re like me you might just enjoy your mac with bacon on top.

If you have room, you need to order the Peanut Butter Pie. It’s a homemade recipe that is truly mouthwatering. My sister and I ordered one slice and we were fighting over the last bit!

The owner, Craig, is great. He’s a teacher at Cedar Park High School getting ready to retire and was looking for something to keep him busy. I’d say he found it. They’ve recently moved about a block south of their old location, so if you can’t find them, consult the website.

I am a realtor here in Austin, and clients are always asking for suggestions on what to do around town. So, I thought I would blog about my experiences, recommendations and what you have to do before you can call yourself a true Austinite.
