Clem’s Hot Diggitty Dogs might just be hot dog Heaven. It’s simply amazing.

It’s in a cool location on Jessie Street, and goodness comes out of their trailer. I had the Rio Grande hot dog with pico, guacamole, cheese and jalapeno. Amazing. Easily the best hot dog I’ve ever had.

Also, the guy working there was so nice. I went to pay with a card, and the machine was down. He said not to worry, it was on the house! I ended up paying cash, but it was still a really nice gesture.

Do yourself a favor and go have one of their dogs. The Jessie Street Eats trailer park also has a great ice cream truck that would make for the perfect dessert.

This is one of those trailers that’s going to become part of my weekly routine.

Tuesday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. & 7 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Wednesday & Thursday: 11 a.m. -  9 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. & 7 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

IMPORTANT:  They are located most of the time at Jessie Street Eats trailer park, but calling them to confirm before heading out is probably the best idea. Their number is 512-945-2443.
