159.12 Free Bike Class: Riding Around Austin

In the spirit of it being ROT Rally weekend in Austin, I thought blogging on a two-wheeled activity would be appropriate (even if it’s on a bicycle)! The Metz Recreation Center is offering a really cool cycling class.

Grab your bike and head over to get a workout and explore the city all at the same time. You actually don’t even need a bike because they have some available for use. And if you can’t make it tonight, they’re offering this class on Monday and Friday nights, as well.

With opportunities like this to get a free, quality workout, we have no excuse not maintain our title of one of America’s fittest and healthiest cities.

I am a realtor here in Austin, and clients are always asking for suggestions on what to do around town. So, I thought I would blog about my experiences, recommendations and what you have to do before you can call yourself a true Austinite.
