196.12 Adoo’s BBQ

Things To Do In Austin, Trailer Eatery | 23 Oct 2012

If there is anything that Texans know how to cook, it’s good BBQ.   Adoo’s BBQ offers up easy, basic, no frills choices such as pulled pork, brisket, potato salad, ribs, and all the BBQ basics.

I chose the ribs because that was what was recommended, despite knowing I can be picky when it comes to ribs.  I went with the half rack which was more than enough for just me.  It could easily feed two people.  The meat was so deliciously tender that it was literally falling off the bone as I was eating.  I went with the normal sauce but they have a spicer one if that is more your style.  The ribs had a perfectly done smoky flavor.

They have a good thing going for them, and the competition in Austin is pretty high!  For BBQ lovers, this is definitely a must stop!

I’m not the only one that thinks they make some mean BBQ since they sell out almost everyday. If they have any left at 7:30 p.m., it’ sold at 20% off.
