317.12 Tapas Bravas

Rainey Street has been killing it lately.  Every single time I go down there I find myself at a place that is great.

The best way to describe the food is authentic, fresh, and flavorful. Their meatballs may have been the best meatballs that I have ever eaten in my entire life.  The Albondigas are also a must try.

When possible they source their items locally.  Their cheese is from Antonelli’s Cheese which really adds something to their tapas because if you know anything about Antonelli’s, it is awesome.  They get their bread from Easy Tiger which is another great choice.

They are BYOB so grab some alcohol and head out there for a date night or a fun night with your friends.

A really fun activity is the Sangria set-up kit.  You supply the Spanish wine and then buy their “set-up kit” that has fruits and spices to literally spice up your wine to make sangria!

They accept cards, always a plus.

I am a realtor here in Austin, and clients are always asking for suggestions on what to do around town. So, I thought I would blog about my experiences, recommendations and what you have to do before you can call yourself a true Austinite.
