Great Urban Race is an exciting scavenger hunt around Austin! Participants get to know the hidden gems of their city by competing in teams of 2-4 people in a race for cash prizes.  They solve puzzles and participate in 12 challenges. The event runs from 12pm to 5pm and concludes with an after-party where all participants 21 and over receive one free drink.  Winners are announced and a contest for best costume is held.

$300 is offered to 1st place with smaller cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd place winners.  The top 25 finishing teams also qualify for the Championship race in San Juan where $10,000 is up for grabs!
