Favor announced the launch of The Chef’s Club series last week. In partnership with several of Austin’s most talented chefs, Favor will deliver an exclusive Fall-inspired dish each week through mid-December.

Texas native and James Beard-Award semi-finalist, Chef Amanda Rockman, spent twelve years conquering the pastry scene in Chicago and now has made her way to Austin to take on a new challenge as the Executive Pastry Chef at South Congress Hotel.
Caramel Apple, Bourbon Chocolate Pecan, and Pumpkin Pies are perfect for the holiday table. Chef Rockman brings you warmth and holiday cheer with these three seasonal pies. All great to share with your family and friends, or a even personal indulgence!

A Vietnamese rice noodle salad with fresh Thai Basil and mint accompanied by marinated Hanger Steak is a vibrant dish that still has the warmth for the Fall weather. With Chef Silverstein’s love of Asian food, this dish fully embodies his vision for The Peached Tortilla.
