The holidays can be a particularly challenging time for some people, with busier schedules and heightened interpersonal/family dynamics. This workshop will give you specific tools to better deal with those difficult situations, whether that’s with work, or around the Thanksgiving dinner table.
In this class, you will get to:
~Calm your nervous system with the deeply relaxing vibrations of various-toned singing bowls
~Learn specific tools and techniques you can use in the moment when you feel a wave of stress arise
~Learn key nutritional tips to help build resiliency
~Experience acupuncture points that target stress, as you bathe in the vibrations of the singing bowls—this is powerful stuff!! (acupuncture points are optional, and varying levels of stimulation without needles will be provided as well)
~Enjoy a guided visualization, allowing it all to sink in that much deeper
