Our Barefoot Bootcamp will challenge your mobility, endurance, and resilience with a combination of yoga, Pilates and body-weight movements. Sweat, strength, and power come together for one effective and efficient workout!
Space is limited! Class starts at 9:00 AM and check-in begins 20 minutes before. We want to make sure we get you moving without any delays, to facilitate check-in, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could fill out our official waiver here.
