Escape to the Amalfi Coast at Andiamo Ristorante! Professional Sommelier, PierGiorgio Manna, will be taking diners on a culinary journey of the Italian region of Campania. Dinner includes a four course prix fixe menu as follows:
First course- Fagioli e scarole (escarole and bean soup) paired with Campanelle Falanghina
Second course- Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (gnocchi in a rich tomato sauce) paired with Lacrima Christi Rosato
Third Course- Salsiccia e Friarielli (broccoli rabe with homemade sausage) paired with Terramatta Anglianico
Fourth Course- Torta dell’isola di Capri (almond chocolate cake) paired with Limoncello della casa
