Kemuri Tatsu-Ya is excited to collaborate with Austin Eastciders on a special seven-course pairing dinner on Tuesday, October 29 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The dinner will take place at the acclaimed restaurant, and guests can look forward to expert cider pairings by Collaboratory Manager Marc Brenton Smith for each course, showcasing some flavors that are are available exclusively at the Collaboratory in East Austin, fresh off the tap. All guests will leave with a commemorative glass.
