For young adults, ages 11-15, this culinary week of cooking challenges chef’s to create their culinary interpretation of some classics! Each day will start with an introduction to basic culinary skills such as safety, cleaning and choosing menu ingredients and get more challenging as the week progresses! All classes encourage interaction so after these chefs create and plate, they will present their dish to each other! These are “Challenge” days that will give them an opportunity to cook, display plating techniques and speak about their favorite items in cooking, creating and hanging out in the kitchen.
