Come taste the Italian Riviera at Andiamo Ristorante! Professional Sommelier, PierGiorgio Manna, will be taking diners on a culinary journey of the Italian Region of Liguria. Dinner includes a four course prix fixe menu as follows:
First course- Genoese stuffed lettuce with Focaccia di Recco paired with Bisson Vermintino Vignaerta Portofino
Second course- Trofie pasta in pesto sauce paired with Bisson Marea Cinque Terre
Third Course- Ligurian style braised chicken paired with Bisson Ciliegiolo Rose Golfo del Tigullio
Fourth Course- Ligurian olive oil cake paired with Bisson Il Granaccio Colline del Genovesado
