This year’s special dinner, which will take place at Hotel Saint Cecilia on November 1 at 6:30 p.m., will feature an impressive culinary lineup and will be the first edition to host out-of-town talent.
Food & Wine’s best new chef, Kevin Fink from Austin’s Emmer & Rye, which recently landed on Bon Appetit’s “Best New Restaurants” list, will be leading the kitchen for the dinner. Fink will be joined by James Beard Award winner and former Top Chef contestant Naomi Pomeroy and James Beard Award nominee Chef Matt Jennings.
Keith Kreeger will be making a special limited edition collection of work especially for the dinner. In addition to a one-of-a-kind dinner, each ticketed guest will receive a piece from Keith Kreeger and a signed copy of Naomi’s newly released book, Taste and Technique: Recipes to Elevate Your Home Cooking.
