Whisler’s is offering 3 unique versions of the popular Italian cocktail for this year’s annual Negroni week June 24-30. Featured drink, Oaxacan Fire, is an exotic take on the classic Negroni with raw undertones of an agave based Mexican liquor mezcal, Campari, Cocci Torino, Cynar served over a large cube with an orange slice dipped in fiery Chapulinas. Part of this year’s proceeds are to be donated to PAWS, an animal welfare organization.
