Chef Rachel Zierzow, natural foods chef and holistic health coach, will introduce you to gluten and dairy free dishes from the coast of Sicily to the islands of Greece. Soup or salad? You don’t have to choose. Simply take a quick trip to the Arboretum. Learn how to prepare plant-based options such as Tuscan white bean soup or Provençal vegetable soup paired with the finest salads and dressings

Menu:Classes are plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free; Tuscan white bean soup with basil olive oil drizzle; Shaved fennel salad with radicchio, endive, pine nuts; Blood orange vinaigrette; Sparkling Balsamic Vinaigrette
