Get ready to laugh, sing and shout with the power of the Holy Spirit: Birth. Movies. Death. and the Central Presbyterian Church of Austin have joined forces for a special, one-night-only 25th anniversary screening of the 1992 comedy classic, SISTER ACT!
SISTER ACT is a miraculously funny comedy, and we’re proud to have partnered with downtown Austin’s Central Presbyterian Church to stage this very special anniversary screening of Emile Ardolino’s film. There will be pre-show contests, UT’s very own all women’s A cappella group ‘Beauties and the Beat’ performing gospel songs from the film, and the screening will take place within the church’s gorgeous sanctuary (no need to bring chairs, we’ve got pews).
Join us for a night of fun, family-friendly hilarity on March 3rd at 6:15!
