You’ll get to roll your own rainbow rolls with fresh vegetables, herbs, and homemade pickles, make avocado nigiri, and learn how to plate and garnish sushi rolls for a beautiful presentation! Chef Rachel Zierzow, natural foods chef and holistic health coach, will introduce you to a vegan sushi party complete with rainbow rolls and creamy wasabi sauce. The world is waiting and it’s delicious!
Spanish Marcona Almonds and Olives will also be served. Water will be served but wine will be available for an additional fee.
