Round Rock Honey is excited to invite the community to their FREE annual Honey Harvest on Monday, May 20 from 7 to 8:15 pm. Raw, local wildflower honey will be harvested straight from the hives and participants will be able to experience hands-on honey harvesting. Jars of fresh Round Rock Honey will be available for purchase. Learn about honey production and harvesting methods, as well as how Round Rock Honey ensures quality honey with every harvest. Austin Shakespeare will bring the romance, comedy and dramatic clashes of The Merchant of Venice to the Beverly S. Sheffield Zilker Hillside Theater in May. Produced in collaboration with the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department for the 35th year, Shakespeare’s famous play will be performed under the stars from May 9 to May 26 on Thursdays to Sundays at 8 p.m., with a preview performance on Wednesday, May 8.
