A new live biography/pop culture history show called “Weird! True Hollywood Tales”

Sunset Supper Cinema returns with six amazing movies lined up for Fall. Classics, award-winning, heart-wrenching and down-right spooky can all describe our Fall film selections. We’ve partnered again this year with the Alamo Drafthouse and their Rolling Roadshow to bring the movie experience to our rooftop plaza on Friday nights! This event has become quite popular, so come early to get a seat – limited to the first 250 guests.  Order dinner from our seasonal menu, and get snacks and drinks at the concession stand on the plaza – or grab dinner to-go in the store!

Dogs are welcome, they just have to be on a leash.I think Blues on the Green might be my favorite free music series in town. Being in Zilker Park with a view of the city skyline just makes you feel lucky to be in Austin, Texas.

If you’re looking to make a night out of it, they’ll have food from  local restaurants. All and all, it’s everything you need for a good time in the live music capital of the world.

ATX: A Television Festival presents a FREE outdoor Rolling Roadshow at Hotel San Jose! This event will include Friday Night Lights actors-turned-musicians playing live music, a public screening of Explosions in the Sky’s gorgeous new video, and a screening of the pilot and finale of FNL.

6:30–  Alicia Witt, Tigerbone (Dora Madison Burge), and Cowboy and Indian (Jesse Plemons) will play live music
7:30–  First public screening of Explosions in the Sky’s music video “Postcards from 1952
7:40–  Friday Night Lights cast/crew will announce screening of back to back screenings of pilot and finale (“Always”). Cornucopia Popcorn, Blue Bell, and Sweet Leaf Tea will be on hand for some sweet (and cold) treats!

About ATX Festival

ATX Festival, the first festival devoted to Television’s history and future, will commence on Friday, June 1st 2012 in Austin, TX. ATX will function like a traditional film festival with premieres of new series, current hits & cult favorites and spotlights of unaired pilots, series that were cancelled before their time and classic shows. ATX will also offer access to  the industry’s leading professionals with cast and creator Q&As and panels focusing on innovation in both production and content delivery. Ultimately, ATX has the goal of serving both the community and industry professionals by giving them the opportunity to celebrate and discuss all aspects of TV’s past, present & future.

This class seems like an easy way to learn more about wine and have fun doing it. It will give you a chance to taste various types of wine and determine what you enjoy most. They also will help you with wine lingo so you can be a little more in the know when you talk about what wine you like !
