All of my posts involving Christmas lights have been popular this year, so I thought I would take one more chance to encourage you to head out and see some of the extravagantly decorated houses in Austin. Each year my family used to drive around on Christmas Eve and check out all the Christmas lights. They’re always so festive!

If today is just another day for you and you’re looking to get out of the house, here are some local places that will have their doors open on the holiday: Little Woodrows (6 p.m.-2 a.m.) and Snack Bar.

      Happy Holidays.

Here is a list of places to get you started, http://365thingsaustin.com/2012/12/09/4-places-to-see-austins-christmas-lights/. Aside from what is listed here, Mozart’s display is phenomenal, I also have pretty good luck driving along Moutn Bonnell.
