    Pinch Boil House and Bia Bar is setting up in our brewery for two Saturdays to bring you all the Crawfish.
    Sure you’ve been to a Crawfish Boil, but have you ever had crawdaddy paired with a sour beer? It’s truly delicious and unique. We start at noon ending at 4pm or however long these lil’guys last! See you at the boil!

      The Austin Crawfish Festival is a festival celebrating two major industries in Texas: crawfish and beer! We bring over 8,000 pounds of fresh, Louisiana grown crawfish to Central Texas to provide an experience like no other. That’s not where it stops though, in addition to all that delicious mouth-watering crawfish, we bring some of Texas’ largest craft beer vendors to provide you beer by the pitcher! Dozens of kegs full of authentic craft beer (wine available too), fresh boiled crawfish served to you in front of live music, what could be better?

      Here you’ll enjoy good food, music, dancing, exciting entertainment and games, Texan and domestic beer, and the finest local artists.         We are teaming up with the local and beloved HooDoo Crawfish for a boil that will knock your socks off. Come join us and indulge before crawfish season ends! Enjoy crawfish for $10/lb or $17 for 1 lb and a Southside cocktail, as well as cornhole, giant Jenga, ring toss and tunes from a DJ.

          Join Jo’s South Congress for a Crawfish Boil with music by Emily Gimble and the Jo’s House Band! The event starts at 12pm until the crawfish are gone!

            We’ve got lots to celebrate this Memorial Day Weekend, including the release of our summer seasonal beer. Fanny Pack Kölsch is a crisp, German summer beer with uncompromising style. One bodacious brewski, each sip evokes that sweet snap of your plastic fanny pack buckle. Paired with the righteous flavors of Pinch Boil’s Viet-Cajun crawfish, you’re sure to have an awesome Saturday.

            We’ll also be celebrating the newest change to our taproom: Beers To Go! We’ll be running discounts on all 6-packs, cases and kegs to go. Be the coolest person at that Memorial Day party you’re headed to.

            The crawfish: $14.95 per platter! Each platter includes ~1.5LBs of garlic butter crawfish as well as sausage, corn & potato!

              COVER 2, the little brother of Austin’s own upscale sports-focused restaurant, COVER 3, is now hosting weekly crawfish boils every Wednesday this spring while supplies last. Attendees can choose between their choice of a pound of crawfish tossed in COVER 2’s signature mild or hot sauce or a pounded of “loaded crawfish” served with mushrooms, sausage, corn, and potatoes tossed in COVER 2’s signature sauce.                 Swing by and dig in at our Dripping Springs Distillery Crawfish Boil!

                Crawfish will be provided by Louisiana Wild. Plates are $15 and include 1.5 pounds of crawfish, potatoes, and corn. Dripping Springs Vodka and Gin and 1876 Bourbon craft cocktails will be available for purchase at the bar.

                Zydeco Blanco will be on site to set the mood with some Zydeco music. All ages and pets on a leash are welcome!

                  With these lower spring temps here to (hopefully) stay, take advantage and get outside for Soursop and St Elmo Brewing’s second annual Crawfish Boil on Sunday, April 15. Taking place at the brewery from 12 to 8pm, enjoy live Cajun music by Charles Thibodeaux and The Austin Cajun Aces and grab a 3-pound basket of Viet-Cajun Style Crawfish from Soursop, cooked up with garlic butter, Thai basil, and secret seasoning, served with potatoes, corn, and garlic toast. Baskets are $20 while supplies last. And trust us, they will go fast. The event is family and pet friendly.

                    The Local Post is excited to host their second annual all-you-can-eat Crawfish Boil on Saturday, April 14, beginning at 1 p.m. Tickets are now on sale for $18 at The Local Post Pub or can be purchased on the day of the event for $25 at the door.

                    In addition to all-you-can-eat crawfish, the afternoon will include drink specials, including $4 Hornitos margaritas, yard games on the large patio that include cornhole, Jenga, a giant checkers board, and more. The Local Post is also setting up their dodgeball court for those interested in getting a taste of their annual Dodgeball League, which starts on April 22.
