Coffee lovers, rejoice, because on International Coffee Day, IT WILL! On September 29, we’re celebrating this day dedicated to our favorite bean beverage with a literal coffee run. Join Shannon Dolan for a two-mile morning jog around our local Pease Park, and then re-energize for the rest of your day with Cuvee Coffee in our Studio!

Can’t imagine going on a run without coffee in your system? Don’t worry, we’ll be set up with cans of Cuvee Coffee at 7:30am for your caffeine boost prior to the 8am start time. The jog will end back at the Studio, where Shannon will lead you with a stretch and wind-down session, followed by MORE COFFEE.

Join South Congress Hotel on Saturday, July 21st from 10 to 11 am for a strength + conditioning weekend workout taught by personal trainers Izzy El-Ubaydy and CJ Finley. Weekend Workout is free and open to the public with all levels welcome. Space is limited. RSVP to save your spot at weekendworkout.splashthat.com. The cold weather seems to be behind us for the weekend at least, and we’re back to that gorgeous Austin weather that we can’t stop bragging about. What better way to get your weekend underway than a free workout at Zilker?
