    Experience Lady Bird Lake like never before! Join Rowing Dock for a fun-filled night of moon gazing as they open their doors at night. From 8pm-10 pm, enjoy paddling the best boats on Lady Bird Lake under the night sky. Head upstream towards Red Bud Island, or point your boat east towards downtown to view the burgeoning Austin skyline. Rowing Dock will outfit your boats and your person with lights, but feel free to bring your own glow in the dark gear.
    Regular rental rates and rules apply. No reservations accepted. Last rental is at 9 pm, all boats must be back by 10 pm.

        PACKET PICK-UP
        Thursday, April 18 from 3-6PM at TYLER’S Westlake (701 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746) and Friday, April 19 from 7:00 – 7:30 pm at Rowing Dock. Those who pick-up at TYLER’S will receive a TYLER’S 20% off coupon.

        ROUTE
        Glow Paddlers will check-in and begin paddling from Rowing Dock. Paddlers will make their way downstream to 1st Street Bridge where they will turn around and head back upstream to Rowing Dock (a grand total of 3.6 miles).

        1st Annual Mother-Son Adventure

From 3D printing to drones to biohacking and much more, this community event showcases the disruptive solutions that are shaping our future. This event is free and open to the public with a SXSW Guest Pass.

        The Contemporary Museum of Art’s Art Free-For-All

        Saturday, March 12, 2016 from noon – 4 p.m.

        Families with kids of all ages are welcome to explore the grounds of Laguna Gloria while getting to know all of The Contemporary Austin’s educational offerings during this free, family-friendly open house.
