I happen to like drinking in hotel bars. Don’t ask me why, but for some reason I always enjoy it. The Hotel San Jose lounge is one of those places I always seem to forget about. It’s one of the most peaceful and eclectic spots in town to grab a glass of wine or a nice cocktail.
Tonight David Pulkingham is playing in the hotel lounge. The location is low-key and somewhat like a bungalow. It’s the perfect mix for a mellow Monday evening.
If you’ve never been, Hotel San Jose is a fantastic hotel. It gives you a really authentic taste of Austin smack dab on South Congress.
