        Options, Options, Options

When you or your kids need a park break, there are plenty of other options for fun within walking distance. The Thinkery is a great choice if you have a couple of extra hours, or head over to Lake Park Amphitheater, which is located close-by and hosts many events throughout the year. If you need to feed your sweet tooth, the newly-opened Bribery Bakery can satisfy your sugar craving. If you want to picnic but forgot to bring the food, you may find something delectable at the Mueller Trailer Eats Food Court close to the Browning Hangar.

Not so walkable but still close enough are plenty of lunch or dinner options including the newly opened PhoNatic and local favorite, Torchy’s Tacos.

Construction is ongoing in the area which also makes for great entertainment for any kids who enjoy watching heavy machinery at work!

Tip: Visit Mueller Lake Park on a Sunday and then hit up the Texas Farmers’ Market at Mueller in the Browning Hangar from 10 am – 2 pm for some fresh fruit and veggies!
