    Join fitppl Sunday, March 17th for the 2019 SXSW cleanup from 11am – 1pm! We love SXSW, but don’t love the trash left behind. We’ll meet at the intersection of Rainey and Driskill Street, near the dirt parking lot. Cleanup will be around Rainey Street and downtown. All supplies are provided, just bring a friend.       The 3rd Annual CinderBLOCK PARTY presented by Pacifico is now on sale! Hosted during South by Southwest, the event is located at a private estate with towering palm trees, a cascading pool, and land to spread out and relax.

      The party will host 6 bands and musicians including The Marcus King Band, Thomas Csorba, Sir Woman, Duncan Fellows, Cinders, and EB The Younger over the course of 7 hours (12pm-7pm). With an exclusive VIP ONLY afterparty and special guest musicians (7:30-9:30)

      Complimentary drinks are provided with entry to the party and food options from local trucks will be for sale! Don’t forget to bring your swimsuits to lounge in and around the pool.

              Stradigi AI, a leading artificial intelligence solutions provide is sharing one of their latest creations at SXSW with a fully interactive AI-powered café that requires coffee seekers to place their beverage order in American Sign Language (ASL) – only. It’s an interactive learning experience that is only happening @ SXSW – the café (and accompanying interactive booth) can be found at the Fairmount Austin, 5th floor.

              Rock + Read is an annual music and book fest that takes place on the plaza in The Domain. This year’s event is happening on Saturday, March 16, 2019. This FREE, family-friendly event features live music from Koo Koo Kanga Roo, The Not-Its!, RIDERS AGAINST the STORM (RAS), and Red Yarn.

              In between music sets, kids will delight in stories being read on stage by authors Kat Kronenberg, Jason Gallaher and Scott Fitzgerald of Buddy Pegs. Be sure to visit the authors after their readings in the Do512 Family Book Tent where kids can buy their very own signed copy of their favorite book and make a scratch bookmark to take home.

              Recommended for kids ages 0-100!
