The Luminations tradition at the Wildflower Center is going to keep on glowing in 2020! To limit crowds, they’re doing timed admission and extending the whole event to five weeks to make sure everyone can have a chance to take in the magic.
Experience the calm of winter at the Center with the shimmer of thousands of luminarias lighting the way. This year, for the first time ever, stroll through their naturally beautiful Texas Arboretum among the illuminated oaks and the light-splashed forts of Fortlandia.
You can also be cradled or gently sway in the glow of a moon-ring swing on the Light Up Lawn.
Tickets are on sale now and kids 4 and under are totally free.
When: now – January 3rd
Time: 6–9 p.m.

In her previous life, Kristy was an uninspired realtor who was feeling a little bit bored with her day to day. So on January 1, 2010, she made a New Year’s resolution to write about one thing to do each day in her beloved city of Austin, Texas. And thus, 365 Things Austin was born.
