Synthesized hemp-derived cannabinoids, such as Delta 8 THC, Delta 10 THC, THC-O, and HHC may pose risks to consumers due to the chemicals that are added in the manufacturing process without adequate testing requirements or regulation.
Since the manufacture of hemp products intended for smoking is prohibited in Texas, THCA flower products are produced out of state, where the cultivation, manufacturing, and testing of these products remains largely unregulated.
