The most wonderful DIY Austin street of lights tradition is back! Expect to see the amazing showcase of holiday lights and Austin weirdness as you stroll through this magic!

The best way to view the lights is by walking. The street gets backed up with cars, plus you end up missing a lot of details if you’re stuck inside the car.

The event is made possible by donations. Please donate however you can, as they are just neighbors trying to bring our community together. They accept donations via Venmo at @thirtyseventhstreetlights. Donation boxes will also be placed throughout the street for cash or check donations.

When: now through the New Year

Time: They aim to have all the lights on from 7–10 p.m. These hours can vary by house!

Location: The lights mostly occur between Guadalupe and Home St. on 37th. Enter 519 W 37th St, Austin, TX 78705, or La Tazza Fresca into your GPS, and you will get here. The best house is on the corner of 35th Street and Cedar, just around the corner at the end of the block.
