This holiday season, Geraldine’s is treating Austin to some TexMas hospitality—South Pole-style. Celebrate the season with a holiday pop-up complete with a snow machine, cozy igloo lounges on the pool deck with views of downtown Austin, an artisan market, holiday-themed cocktail menu, an appearance by Southern Santa, and Geraldine’s annual Motown Christmas performance.
Geraldine’s Igloos, which are basically transparent glamping-style lounges that are warm and cozy, will be available by reservation for parties of eight or less. Each igloo will be decked out with record players, board games, and more. The holiday menu will include Do-It-Yourself S’Mores and cocktails including a large-format Cowhand Coffee, Ho Ho Horchata, and Santa’s got Yolks—all available in the igloos or at the bar.

Kristy Owen
In her previous life, Kristy was an uninspired realtor who was feeling a little bit bored with her day to day. So on January 1, 2010, she made a New Year’s resolution to write about one thing to do each day in her beloved city of Austin, Texas. And thus, 365 Things Austin was born.
