Scooters

Scooters have become insanely popular with the ability to get somewhere quickly that would be a silly distance to rideshare. Especially in the sometimes scorching Texas heat, getting around the downtown area can be breezy by scooter. Download a few of these apps ahead of time to make hopping on one a breeze.

Driving

If you are going to rent a car and try to park downtown, download the Park ATX app. It makes it way easier to add time from your phone instead of walking back to the car, and you don’t have to do that annoying thing where you find a meter, put your card in, put the sticky on your windshield, etc. You input your license plate number and it links to your CC to charge according to time you select.
