The Blanton invites you to explore the creative connections between art and music. UT Austin faculty and student musicians will give a live performance and discuss how their music relates to the visual arts. A tour after the performance will show how the music relates to a work of art on view in the museum. Midday Music Series is a collaboration between the Butler School of Music and the Blanton Museum of Art exploring connections between art and a variety of musical genres.
