We’ve got a duo of dogs available including the Andouille Étouffée Po’Boy and a proper Chicago Dog available all day long! Andouille Étouffée Po’Boy features grilled andouille sausage, Creole peppers and onions, étouffée sauce, roasted garlic aioli, and Louisiana-style hot sauce. The Southern Dog features a Wagyu style all beef hot dog with pimento cheese, aioli drizzle, topped with serrano pickle relish and candied bacon.
