It’s time for the 7th Annual Ugly Dog Contest at Jo’s Red River. To enter “ruff” pups, enter for one (or all) of the following categories: Ugliest Dog, Best Costume, Best in Show, or the new Austin Idol category. Entry is $10 and includes a swag bag. Vote in-store or online at any Jo’s location October 14 -27. Votes are $2 each.

On Sunday, October 27, see the pups in person at Jo’s Red River from 12 – 3 PM for last minute voting and enjoy a parking lot party full of adoptable pooches, local vendors, live music, hot dogs, face-painting, and balloon animals. The pawsitively best part: the money from entries and votes go straight to the Austin Humane Society.
