Chef Prelog is the guest chef for the Central Market Cooking School. He’ll prepare a five-course European menu, which includes:
- An amuse bouche of Arctic Char with cauliflower, apple, horseradish and spring herbs
- Sweet Potato Soup with grapefruit, prawn and cilantro
- Creamy Mushroom Risotto with goat cheese and cranberries
- Leg of Lamb with rosemary potatoes and ratatouille
- A dessert of Champagne and Raspberries with white chocolate sorbet, marshmallow and lime.
