The Long Center and Austin Food & Wine Alliance want to Celebrate Pépin’s 80^th Birthday, Benefiting Local Culinary Students.

Pépin will share his story starting from his helping out at his parents’ restaurant to one of the world’s most recognized chefs. He even appears on TV shows and writes his own cookbooks.

The Long Center and the Austin Food & Wine Alliance are working together to support culinary students in the community with a portion of the sales going directly to the Austin Food & Wine Alliance Scholarship.
